Assistant Manager - KOL & Affiliate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager - KOL & Affiliate to lead the execution and optimization of live selling initiatives across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and more. This role plays a key part in enhancing the live shopping experience, driving sales, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the affiliate marketing strategy.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and influencers to expand brand campaign
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and partners
- Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights
- Negotiate and structure affiliate agreements and commission structures
- Ensure compliance with company/brand policies, FTC guidelines, and brand standards
- Stay current with trends and best practices in affiliate and performance marketing
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience in handling affiliates marketing or performance marketing especially in e-Commerce platforms
- Experience with influencer outreach and content partnerships (plus point)
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Strong interest in digital marketing tools and tactics, include knowledge of social media.
- Be creative, keep up with the latest trend
- Able to work independently and teamwork, result-oriented
- Willing to work at Bekasi, Jawa Barat
