Job Purpose

We are seeking an HR Lead with experience in payroll and HR Operations to join the Human Resources team at Philippines organization. This person will primiarily play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization and support other functions within HR operations.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handle monthly payroll and ensure that the process proceeds correctly and on time
  • Familiar with Payroll software such as Sprout HR and can manage SSS, PAGIBIG and HDMF and Income Tax annualization.
  • Manage other benefits program such as Health Insurance, loyalty and gift card system.
  • Support line managers/ employees on key HR Operations such as performance management, development planning, Discipline/Labour relations and facility management.
  • Update and maintain HRIS and other employee records and documentation.
  • Support Employee engagement activities and correspond on internal user requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments in accordance with other HR related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Very analytical with good attention to details.
  • Very good command of excel or google sheet.
  • Experience of using Sprout payroll system.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Strong personal and professional ethics & values.
