Job Title: D2C Solution Manager
Job Purpose
The D2C Solution Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives across Southeast Asia. You will serve as the crucial link between our clients' business needs and our product development capabilities. Your primary objective is to translate complex business requirements into standardized, high-quality D2C product solutions that empower our clients to thrive on e-commerce sites. You'll achieve this by collaborating closely with both client-facing teams to gather insights and the development team to ensure seamless design and implementation of our aCommerce platform and related products.
Duties and Responsibilities

Determine business priorities based on agreed and quantified criteria with senior management across the region.

Translate business plans into clear product requirements, both in summary and in detail.

Work closely with the client-facing team to understand market trends in order to build standardized products.

Describe product requirements to technical team members and collaborate with architects to clarify intricate details.

Coordinate with the development team to ensure software delivery aligns with agreed functionalities and timelines.

Prioritize functionality versus time, focusing on what constitutes the minimum viable product when necessary.

Adhere to strict Agile processes, fulfilling the role requirements of 'Product Owner.'

Keep all business and operations stakeholders informed of the product plan (backlog) and progress.

Ensure solutions align with the overall platform vision by collaborating with other Product team members.

Work closely with the Application Support team to organize effective support and methods of work (MOW) prior to product rollout.

Drive collaboration across the region and cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
Capabilities

Strong product management skills, experience of translating business requirements into product functional requirements

At least 3 years experience in product management or consulting

Ability to represent complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand summary form

Excellent attention to detail and willingness to ‘get hands dirty’

Strong interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Experience with the supply chain, e-commerce, and brand store journey is an advantage

Familiarity with the software project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, to testing, to delivery for traditional/waterfall and Agile methodologies

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
