Senior Specialist - Financial Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handle on all online Marketplace’s transactions.
• Reconcile cash and COD to/from the marketplace and 3PL.
• AR Collection from marketplaces.
• Reconcile and prepare journal records for uploading to the system.
• Communicate with the marketplace to resolve any issues that are related with settlement transactions.
• Other works related to accounting as required

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and NetSuite is a plus.
• Diligent, team player, detail-oriented & honest.
• Good interpersonal relation and service minded.
• Proactive and have an attitude for problem-solving.
• Able to work under pressure and to keep deadlines.
