We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand presence, engagement, and business expansion on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will understand the multi-brand nature of our company, learn the business and product offerings of all in-house brands and business verticals, and develop and execute strategies that enhance the parent company and each brand's perception, awareness, and loyalty across all LinkedIn Pages under the parent company.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Will Execute On A Day To Day Basis:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, focusing on organic reach.
  • Identify target audiences and create customized content strategies to reach them effectively.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Work closely with the product marketing, brand, and content teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI.

Community Engagement:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage interactions to foster a strong online community.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand reach.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for LinkedIn marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation through content and campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, product marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, sales, and customer support to align LinkedIn marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Platform Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on LinkedIn platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends.

Leadership and Strategy

  • Lead the development of strategies to build emotional affinity, brand advocacy, and trust among clients and the community for each targeted brand on LinkedIn.
  • Strategize around growing the LinkedIn community.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn.

Experience

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Content Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing compelling content that engages and grows a professional audience on LinkedIn.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Community Management: Experience in fostering and managing a vibrant LinkedIn community, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in the LinkedIn platform, marketing trends, and business priorities, and to continuously learn and innovate.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding marketing goals and KPIs through strategic and tactical LinkedIn marketing efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and an understanding of how to leverage LinkedIn to reach and engage with target audiences.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Ads Manager and analytics tools.
