About This Role
The Talent Intern at Cialfo will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent team in enhancing our people strategy and driving impactful HR initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, and data-driven decision-making in a global tech company. This is a full-time internship based in Singapore, designed to align with your academic calendar. What You Will Be Doing
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing HR data, such as employee feedback and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
Strategic Contributions:
- Contribute to the development of HR programs that align with Cialfo’s core values and principles.
- Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent globally.
- Assist in implementing and refining learning and development programs for employees.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis to improve processes and drive employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
Education:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with relevant coursework are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or organizational development is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems or tools is advantageous.
Core Knowledge Areas:
- Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policies.
- Knowledge of HR analytics or tools such as Workday, Hibob, or similar systems is a bonus.
Personal Traits:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team.
