About this role

In this role, we are looking for Airtable Administrator and Developer to develop and support world class internal Airtable products that enable Cialfo manage and drive business forward. Through this work you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels and contribute towards driving the business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop Airtable end to end products to enable our internals to manage their work:
• • Designing databases.
  • Building automations to make these structures dynamic.
  • Building interfaces to enable end users to work with this data.
  • Coordinating with data engineer and engineering teams to ensure that this information integrations with our broader infrastructure.
• Coordinating with engineering to ensure that our Airtable infrastructure integrates into our broader eco system.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (leadership, marketing, sales, finance, operations, etc.) to identify requirements and build products that meet these requirements.

About You

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Airtable development.
  • Proven ability to manage workflows, automate processes, and optimize service delivery.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success) to ensure seamless execution.
• Skills:
  • Stakeholder Management- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting– Ability to quickly diagnose operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Within Airtable:
    • Designing databases.
    • Building automations to make these structures dynamic.
    • Building interfaces to enable end users to work with this data.
