- Act as the primary point of onsite IT support for CoLearn, handling troubleshooting, addressing team member IT concerns, and coordinating with partners to deliver an outstanding onsite IT experience.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including help desk management, infrastructure monitoring, backup systems, server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions within a reasonable timeframe.
- Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with success criteria.
- Manage and maintain system licenses, warranties, and support agreements.
- Develop and update IT operations documentation and dashboards, covering areas like asset inventory and asset management.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to create and sustain a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for CoLearners.
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical services, hardware/software engineering, or IT service production support.
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and align them with business needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
