The Role
We are seeking a passionate and attention to detail Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing hardware, working on circuit design, and ensuring the functionality of electronics hardware. The day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware components, troubleshooting and testing hardware systems, and participating in the advancement of our Synthetic Biological Intelligence technology. Must be located in Melbourne and will be most a on-site role.
What We're looking for
- Experience in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware
- Proficiency in Circuit Design and Hardware
- Skills in Electronics Hardware Design
- Skills in Python, C, C++ and Git
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with Linux based systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Network skills would be a bonus
- Relevant experience in the biotechnology or computing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
