The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding Eezee’s market presence in Malaysia, and fostering long-term customer relationships. This position combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution, requiring hands-on involvement in business development, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will lead a team of sales professionals, set performance goals, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives. The role demands a results-driven, customer-focused leader who can inspire a high-performing team while navigating a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and existing customers to drive revenue growth and meet targets within the assigned portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders to maximize retention and value.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a seamless, consultative, and value-driven customer experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, untapped market segments, and strategic accounts across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, procurement, and operations teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with overall business priorities and capabilities.
- Drive a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, responsive, and value-focused service throughout the client journey.
- Plan, design, and execute sales activities based on market research, customer needs, and Eezee’s vision and capabilities.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, provide regular coaching, feedback, and conduct skills development training to improve sales effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline health reports, and performance updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Ensure adherence to internal sales processes, pricing frameworks, and contractual guidelines to uphold operational integrity and profitability.
- Represent Eezee at client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of industrial MRO/spares/consumables sales experience in Singapore, preferably with a trading house/distributors/manufacturer sales division
- At least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering/Business (Others) or equivalent.
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Business Development and Account Management skills
- Experience in the procurement or eCommerce industry is a plus
- Exposure in vertical like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical etc, is a plus point
- Good command in English language, both written and verbal. Able to converse in other languages is a plus point
- Proven Sales track record
- Dynamic, pro-active working style in a fast pace environment
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- High degree of sales and marketing activities
- With good business acumen that understand the industry landscape
- Technically sound and able to engage meaningful talk with buyers and users
- Computer skills: MS office, CRM.
