Job Overview
The Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers across Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and industrial categories within the region. This role involves supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and partnership development to ensure competitive pricing, product availability, and supply reliability.
Working closely with internal teams such as category management, and sales, the Sourcing Executive plays a key role in expanding the product catalog, improving supplier performance, and supporting regional sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, data-driven, and has a deep understanding of industrial products and supply chains.

This role interacts with internal staff: Management, Business development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Seller Team
This role reports to: Operation Director
Key Responsibilities
- Source and issue quotations for key accounts, small-medium enterprises, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes
- Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process
- Proactively identify potential new categories based on sourcing requests for the category management team to explore
- Manage customer inquiries and sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotation requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to effectively promote company products and services
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
