Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role at Eezee located in Bangkok, with flexibility of remote work. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role that allows for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and issue quotations for key accounts, small-medium enterprises, and large enterprises across all customer engagement modes
  • Collaborate with the category management team to identify and secure tenders, including the submission process
  • Proactively identify potential new categories based on sourcing requests for the category management team to explore
  • Manage customer inquiries and sales processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and quotation requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments to effectively promote company products and services
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in inside sales or related customer-facing roles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other sales management tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of tender submission processes and experience in sourcing and securing tenders is a plus
