At Go1, we believe HR isn't just about policies—it's about people. As our Senior Manager of HR, you’ll be more than a business partner—you’ll be a trusted advisor, change leader, and cultural catalyst. You’ll support a global, remote-first workforce and work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders to shape how we scale, grow, and thrive. From org design and workforce planning to navigating ambiguity and unlocking talent potential, you’ll play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business goals. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with global business leaders to align people strategy with functional and company objectives, anticipating workforce needs and talent implications.
- Act as a coach and sounding board to leadership teams, guiding org design, workforce planning, and change navigation across business units.
- Use data and insights to diagnose trends, identify opportunities, and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Onboard, guide, and support leaders in performance enablement, employee engagement, and development practices.
- Build manager capability by delivering tailored coaching, frameworks, and tools to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Champion high standards of performance and clarity by driving accountability frameworks and role expectations.
- Oversee a small, global team of business partners.
Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Serve as a cultural ambassador—promoting Go1’s behaviors and fostering engaged, high-performing teams who thrive in a culture rooted in curiosity and lifelong learning.
- Partner with leaders to embed strategic people initiatives that boost morale, retention, and belonging.
- Lead through complexity and transformation—bringing steadiness, clarity, and context to ambiguity.
Employee Relations & Operational Excellence
- Own and resolve sensitive employee relations matters with fairness, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with the People Experience team to support and enforce policies, processes, and programs that drive engagement and compliance.
- Partner closely with PX and HRBP in region regarding labor law, and regulatory matters.
Talent & Performance Programs
- Guide the execution of key People programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and succession planning.
- Identify team-level and org-wide learning needs in partnership with L&D, ensuring scalable development offerings and comfortable presenting and facilitating.
- Lead initiatives that elevate how we measure, manage, and optimize performance across the Go1.
- Proactively share people metrics with Leadership and client groups you support.
- Align compensation philosophy and strategy to a high-performance culture, focused on impact.
We’re excited about you if you have...
- 7+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role, high-growth start up environments or global SaaS environments highly preferred.
- Experience across organizational design, change management, talent planning, leadership development, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels while maintaining strong relationships.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, pragmatism and accountability.
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity—you know how to create clarity, even in the gray areas.
- Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and compliance frameworks (global experience is a plus).
- Confidence managing a high-volume workload with competing priorities—you stay focused and deliver
- A bias for action and the ability to roll up your sleeves and lead through execution
- Ability to be in office one day a week is strongly preferred.
