As a Content Operations Associate at Go1, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s mission. Every day, you’ll work closely with the teams shaping the content experience we deliver globally: Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and of course, the Content team. This role places you at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product excellence, making your impact visible across the entire organisation. What you will be doing:
As an Operations Associate at Go1, you’ll own the full lifecycle of the content we distribute, from onboarding, quality and metadata checks, accessibility, to retirement. You will also be responsible for managing and evolving our internal CRM, used by our Content teams to acquire new Content Providers and support our existing portfolio.
- Operations and Processes Management:
- In conjunction with the Content Operations Team, iterate on existing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of our Content Management System
- Support the ongoing evolution of our CRM to optimise team performance and help us better support our Content Providers.
- Implement automation processes and new tools to streamline our Content Provider Journey and reduce operational overhead
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with diverse teams—Data, Product, Content, Sales, Engineering—to enhance internal workflows, improve the platform, and strengthen the experience of all stakeholders (Customers, Content Providers, Distribution Partners).
- Content Management Expertise:
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for Content Operations processes, including guides, playbooks, and training materials.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in escalated content-related support matters
- Contribute to recurring operational tasks and assist teams with ad-hoc requests, bug assessments, or technical tests.

- Problem-Solver: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoy identifying solutions in complex operational environments.
Strong Attention to Detail: At least one year of experience in an administrative or customer support role. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that tasks are carried out with precision and accuracy. - Process Improvement Mindset: You have an innate desire to improve processes and workflows, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and driving positive change.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a clear interest in the SaaS ecosystem. You master Excel and feel at ease with operational tools (Airtable, Jira experience is a plus).
- Excellent Organisational Skills: Your exceptional organisational abilities and time management skills allow you to handle multiple tasks and projects with ease, ensuring smooth and efficient switch between different tasks
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy working closely with the Content Partner Success team to ensure seamless review, approval, and timely delivery processes.
At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays up to $50,000 USD and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
