Responsibilities

  • Drive new vendor acquisition across multiple categories to support business growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure timely and seamless vendor integration.
  • Oversee trial order performance and ensure successful vendor activation.
  • Monitor and optimize cost efficiency gains derived from new vendor partnerships.
  • Track and analyze vendor performance metrics including:
  • New Vendor Acquisition Rate by Category
  • Vendor Onboarding Lead Time
  • Trial Order Success Rate
  • Cost Efficiency Gains from New Vendors
  • Internal Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor performance with operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in vendor sourcing, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize vendor performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
