Responsibilities
- Handle and submit all vendor/courier payments on time.
- Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) before the due date and keep records updated.
- Create and manage Delivery Orders (DO) in the TMS system.
- Track and monitor shipments from origin to completion, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
- Upsell trucking or additional services to existing customers when opportunities arise.
- Maintain high service performance using WhatsApp Bot and other CS tools.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams on shipment status.
- Prepare basic reports on delivery performance and customer feedback.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of customer service, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with TMS or other logistics systems is an advantage.
- Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp Bot, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
