As a Customer Success team member, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Support and streamline daily operations and commercial data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service quality and operational KPIs.
- Manage and maintain internal unit and driver data.
- Recap daily, weekly, and monthly driver attendance.
- Assist drivers with warehouse registration.
- Monitor daily shipment processes.
- Document loading and unloading activities.
- Handle document filing and administration.
- Raise operational issues to the Operations and Demand teams when needed.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding monthly driver attendance data.
- Ensure shipment quality and driver attendance accuracy.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Control Tower.
- Familiar with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and documentation.
