Responsibilities

As a Customer Success team member, you will support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse, and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:

  • Support and streamline daily operations and commercial data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service quality and operational KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain internal unit and driver data.
  • Recap daily, weekly, and monthly driver attendance.
  • Assist drivers with warehouse registration.
  • Monitor daily shipment processes.
  • Document loading and unloading activities.
  • Handle document filing and administration.
  • Raise operational issues to the Operations and Demand teams when needed.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding monthly driver attendance data.
  • Ensure shipment quality and driver attendance accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Control Tower.
  • Familiar with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation.
