Responsibilities
- Support vendor relationships through daily administrative tasks.
- Handle vendor onboarding and data management.
- Manage contract administration and documentation.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Track vendor performance and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain vendor databases and administrative records.
- Support escalation and announcement coordination when needed.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, vendor management, or a related role.
- Good understanding of administrative and documentation processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic database systems.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
