Job Opening: TikTok Video Shooter & Editor (Bilingual – English & Bahasa Indonesia)

We are looking for a creative and versatile video shooter & editor who can handle both filming and editing for TikTok short-form content. You will work closely with our content team to produce high-quality talking-head videos, product showcase content, and other engaging TikTok videos aligned with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras to capture high-quality footage

• Independently shoot a variety of content, including product demos, talking-head videos, and creative concepts

• Edit TikTok-style videos with a strong sense of pacing, subtitles, transitions, and platform-appropriate storytelling

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to adjust and refine final videos based on feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in filming and editing short-form videos for TikTok or similar platforms

• Skilled in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting techniques

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Able to independently complete talking-head videos with subtitles and basic effects

• Strong understanding of TikTok video trends, storytelling, and creative presentation

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Recruitment Process:

• Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a video editing test using raw footage and final reference we provide

Work Location:

• On-site in South Jakarta, SMBC Tower

Engagement Type:

• Full-time onsite, 5 days a week, weekend showup needed when business happen
