We’re recruiting a creative Beauty Content Creator to join our “Beauty-Account Incubation Program.” Your mission is to build and run a brand-new, official beauty account from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation – Produce high-quality short videos, livestreams, and posts that capture the hottest makeup trends and products, quickly attracting your first wave of followers and keeping engagement high.

• Account Positioning & Growth – Plan recurring segments, set a consistent publishing rhythm, and continuously refine the account’s style to craft a professional, trustworthy, and irresistibly charismatic beauty persona.

• Community Interaction – Use lively, persuasive communication to engage with fans in real time, answer questions, and boost both interaction rate and follower loyalty.

• Data Review & Optimization – Track views, engagement, conversions, and other core metrics; present regular improvements that deliver wins for both followers and business goals.

• Has striking features and camera confidence, with flawless attention to makeup details.

• Speaks clearly, thinks quickly, and can explain products and techniques in a fun, engaging way.

• Loves social media and stays alert to beauty trends and viral challenges.
