Who we are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
As a Content Producer (Paid Social), you’ll bring ideas to life that help clinicians and healthcare leaders discover the power of Heidi globally.
You’ll work within the Acquisition team, focused on crafting high-performing paid social ad creative predominantly across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit & TikTok. You’ll use your skills in graphic design, video editing, and generative AI to produce thumb-stopping creative that inspires engagement and drives sign-ups.
You’ll also play a key role in project managing and briefing a small team of in-house designers, ensuring alignment on creative direction, timelines, and deliverables. You’ll also work with influencers across multiple timezones.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and project management — ideal for someone who lives and breathes social content, understands what makes ads convert, and isn’t afraid to experiment.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social), using tools like Figma, Final Cut Pro, and Midjourney to test, iterate, and refine ideas that move fast and perform even faster.
What you’ll do
Create and brief in short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimised for paid social performance
Design and brief in ad creatives, storyboards, and static assets in Figma, aligned with campaign objectives
Edit and adapt videos for different platforms, audiences, and A/B test variants
Refine creative based on data from performance analysts
Research trends, creator styles, and best practices to inspire new ad concepts
Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pomelli) for ideation, scripting, and creative asset development
Contribute to creative testing pipelines with multiple ad variations and hooks
Maintain brand consistency across all paid creative assets
Collaborate across time zones to keep content production organised, efficient, and aligned with performance objectives
What we’re looking for
Experience producing and editing static and short-form video content for social or paid campaigns
Strong design skills in Figma (layout, typography, ad creative development)
Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Understanding of social ad formats and best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Comfort working in a data-informed, performance-driven environment
Experience using generative AI tools for creative ideation and production
Awareness of creator and influencer trends across major platforms
Ideally maintains an active Instagram or TikTok portfolio showcasing creative or ad-style work
Self-motivated, organised, and curious — with a desire to experiment and grow quick
It's a bonus if you have
Experience with motion graphics or animation
Experience briefing influencers and managing contracts and rates
Experience in managing or coordinating creative teams across regions or time zones
