Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

The Role

As a Junior Media Buyer (Paid Social), you’ll help scale Heidi’s global reach by executing, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns that introduce clinicians and healthcare leaders to Heidi.

You’ll work within the Acquisition team, focusing on performance data, campaign optimisation, and measurement. This is a role for someone who loves the numbers — tracking results, spotting trends, and using data to drive decisions across multiple markets.

You’ll partner closely with Heidi’s Data Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, clean attribution, and clear performance insights. Your day-to-day will revolve around campaign setup, data analysis, reporting, and continuous optimisation across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow into a world-class performance marketer.

What you’ll do

  • Launch, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn across multiple markets

  • Monitor performance metrics daily and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting

  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and dashboards

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key trends and learnings

  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Lead to identify new growth opportunities and audience insights

  • Conduct deep dives into campaign data to understand what’s working — and what’s not

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and paid media best practices

  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend across campaigns and markets

  • Contribute to A/B testing strategies, analysing the impact of ad formats, placements, and landing pages

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in paid social campaign management (internship, agency, or in-house experience welcome)

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets, and performance reporting

  • Understanding of core paid metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and how to interpret them

  • Experience collaborating with data or analytics teams on tracking, tagging, and attribution

  • A curiosity for learning how creative and audience strategies impact performance outcomes

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills

  • [Bonus] Experience with third party ad upload tools i.e. Kitchn.io

  • [Bonus] Experience with social media comment moderation
