Who we are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
As a Performance Marketer (Paid Search), you’ll take ownership of all things Google Ads - from strategy to execution - to help clinicians and healthcare leaders discover the power of Heidi.
You’ll manage day-to-day paid search performance across multiple markets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and measurable growth. You’ll be responsible for campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy and landing page experiments, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking - making sure every click counts.
This role blends analytical precision with strategic curiosity. You’ll work within the Acquisition team and will collaborate closely with the Growth and Data teams to optimise spend, test hypotheses, and uncover insights that move performance metrics in the right direction. You’ll also help shape Heidi’s paid search roadmap across regions as we continue to scale globally.
It’s the perfect role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making, enjoys diving deep into campaign performance, and wants to see their impact translate directly into growth.
