Who we are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
The GTM Engineer is the technical and operational backbone of the local go-to-market organisation and a key member of the global Revenue Operations function.
This role combines hands-on GTM engineering with deep understanding of local market dynamics. You will deliver enrichment programs, AI-driven workflows, CRM optimisation, and outbound/inbound operational support, ensuring the global GTM engine runs reliably at a regional level while staying aligned with global standards and initiatives.
As the in-region expert, you understand local market requirements, work closely with sales and customer success teams, and ensure GTM initiatives are adapted, optimised, and delivered with maximum impact.
What You’ll Do
GTM Systems & Automation
Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and data structures in alignment with global RevOps standards.
Implement and manage regional data enrichment programs to surface actionable insights for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Adapt and operationalise AI tooling (copilots, scoring, prioritisation models, automated summaries, qualification signals).
Maintain and optimize lead routing, notifications, task automation, field structures, and lifecycle processes.
Ensure CRM data structures and definitions remain consistent and scalable across global and regional teams.
Outbound & Inbound Program Execution
Support SDRs and AEs with list uploads, segmentation, data preparation, and prospecting workflows tailored to regional requirements.
Build datasets and automations that help identify and prioritise high-value accounts and contacts.
Ensure inbound, outbound, and PQL signals flow reliably to the right team members, incorporating regional specifics where needed.
Adjust and refine workflows and automations based on team feedback and local market patterns.
Regional Expertise & Cross-Functional Alignment
Serve as the in-region GTM systems expert who understands customer profiles, market behaviours, and revenue execution patterns.
Partner closely with regional revenue leadership to ensure systems and data support their outbound and inbound motions.
Collaborate with the global RevOp function to ensure regional consistency and data hygiene within the GTM engine.
Identify regional GTM execution gaps and convert them into system or automation improvements that can scale globally.
Quality, Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor system performance, ensuring workflows, automations, enrichment feeds, and AI processes run reliably.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or workflow issues that impact sales execution.
Maintain documentation for regional workflows, enrichment logic, AI processes, and system configurations.
Ensure complete and accurate datasets feed into global reporting and analytics.
What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on HubSpot experience across workflows, properties, objects, routing, scoring, and pipelines.
Practical experience with enrichment and intent tools (Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense) and embedding enriched data into GTM workflows.
Familiarity with AI, automation, and integration platforms (OpenAI API, Zapier, Workato, Segment, custom scripts).
A solid grasp of GTM motions — outbound, inbound routing, PQLs, and lead lifecycle management.
Comfort translating sales team needs into clear, scalable system solutions.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding root causes quickly.
Experience in SaaS or fast-paced commercial environments.
A builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating automations and AI-powered tools that remove friction for GTM teams.
Ability to balance global system consistency with local market needs.
A collaborative, detail-oriented approach, passionate about clean data and reliable processes.
Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to experiment with new ways to power sales execution.
