The Role
Working closely with our Enterprise Marketing Director, you’ll be a Demand Generation Specialist who has proven success at building awareness, creating interest, and generating demand for SaaS technology brands. This person is a Hubspot expert who understands how to creatively use email and digital tactics to drive engagement of C-suite buyers and deliver measurable results.
What you’ll do:
Strategy development: Create and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Campaign execution: Design, launch, and manage integrated campaigns across various channels, including paid media, SEO, content, social media, and email marketing.
Sales and marketing alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to ensure goals are aligned and a cohesive brand message is delivered.
Data analysis: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize ROI.
Budget management: Manage the demand generation budget and vendor relationships.
Lead nurturing: Utilize marketing automation to streamline lead generation processes and segment and target audiences.
Market research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
What we will look for:
5 years of experience and a proven track record of success in demand generation, lead generation, or performance marketing for a SaaS technology company
Hubspot Marketing Hub certified
Experience with analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics) and paid media platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and project management skills
A data-driven mindset and experience building analytics
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare IT B2B marketing experience or start up experience is a plus
