Job description:

• Controlling the last outbound activities
• Ensure the completeness of all vehicle documents
• Controlling deliveries made by drivers - motorists & Mobile Hub Coordinators as well as coordinating with related teams
• Filling out daily monitoring google sheets related to the up to date daily delivery status
• Controlling delivery segmentation based on order priority and assigned fleet
• Checking the entire fleet after completion of operations by the driver
• Ensure the completeness of all vehicle documents
• Coordinate with the Pasarnow CS team regarding all delivery problems that occurred that day.

Qualification:

• Minimum Senior High School
• Maximum 35 years old
• Experience in field operation or back office
• Proficient with google sheet
• Have a logistic knowledge
• Willing to work shifting time (04:00 - 12:00 dan 10:00 - 19:00)
• Placement at Warehouse Pasarnow Cisalak, Depok
