Job Description

This is a remote position.

You will primarily support the brand manager of ComfyBumpy - one of our core brands,in daily operations across Amazon, Shopify and other ecommerce platforms. Your focus will be on key day-to-day routines, including account health checks, product compliance, listing management (including content management), and customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in day-to-day operations for ComfyBumpy across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.

  • Perform daily account health checks and resolve operational issues (e.g., policy warnings, stranded inventory, suppressed listings) by coordinating internally and with platform support.

  • Monitor and support product compliance tasks, including documentation requests, safety/compliance submissions, and maintaining organized records (e.g., certifications, test reports and annual renewals).

  • Maintain and update product listings, including using flat files/listing templates, managing variations, uploading updates, and ensuring content accuracy and consistency.

  • Provide customer service support by replying to buyer messages, reviews, and cases; escalate recurring issues and help implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct monthly product return analysis and share insights and actions with the brand manager.

  • Stay up to date on Amazon policy and rule changes; flag risks and recommend needed actions.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver assets for listing optimization, storefront content, Shopify updates, and other brand initiatives.



Requirements

  • 1-3 years of eCommerce experience, with preferably at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central).

  • An intermediate level knowledge of Excel is preferred

  • Ability to work well within a cross-cultural team environment and across different timezones

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,a high level of organization, and A strong attention to detail

  • Solutions driven, and can help research and support key decisions for the brands you’re helping to manage
