Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners, focusing on partnerships with financial institutions and offline channels (Banks, Malls, Local agencies)
  • Support GM and Commercial Heads by developing partnership strategy and securing partnership deals / campaigns to drive revenue, demand, and merchant supply.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ShopBack's product expansion and partner’s growth strategy, to identify creative solutions and partnership opportunities to drive higher ROI for partners and ShopBack
  • Build reports to monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Manage and track internal budgets, performance updates and analysis, as well as end-to-end execution of all partnerships.
  • Effectively collaborate across multiple internal teams, including Marketing, Business Development, Data, and Operation teams, drive alignment and ensure the successful implementation of partnership programs.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2C businesses, agencies, e-commerce, partnerships or fintech industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies, securing deals and/or developing campaigns to increase revenue
  • Analytical, data-driven, with strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, good internal and external stakeholder management
  • High level of initiative, adapt quickly to changing circumstances to drive results
  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem is a plus
