Responsibilities

  • Manage and create content for ShopBack’s TikTok and Instagram including content planning, scripting, featuring in videos, editing videos and publishing.
  • Manage end-to-end KOL partnership from sourcing, negotiating, proposing, briefing, payment coordinating, publishing content and tracking performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness, and analyse short videos and KOL initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Research short video trends and provide recommendations.
  • Execute end-to-end production of live stream and open to hosting when needed
  • Set up in-app challenges and microsites when needed
  • Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Campaign, Brand Solution, Graphic Design and Online Marketing teams
  • Support the team with other tasks including but not limited to creating content, performance analysis, and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in social media content management and/or performance marketing
  • Experience in video production, editing and storytelling
  • Experience working in a media agency and/or with KOLs is a plus
  • Experience in live stream production is a plus (operating OBS, restream io etc.)
  • Positive attitude with growth mindset
  • Result oriented individual with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, project management skills and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible to work weekends or nights during campaign periods off-work hours
  • Comfortable being in front of cameras and are able to feature in content
  • Up to date with social media platforms and trends especially TikTok
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Familiar with G-Suite / Microsoft Office
  • Professional level of Thai and English for frequent liaisons with Thai and English speaking stakeholders
