Your Adventure Ahead

Transaction Reconciliation: reconcile merchant validation results with internal transactions data for online affiliate marketing business. Investigate and resolve discrepancy in a timely manner.
Missing Conversions Submission and Resolution: submit, troubles shoot and resolve missing conversions with merchants in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline validation and missing conversion inquiry processes and enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary explanation and documentation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
Data Management and Anlaysis: Maintain accurate validation records and original data. Utilize scripts and tools for reporting and analysis.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams (Finance, Product, Customer Service, Commercial, etc) to unblock validation process, support decision-making, provide financial insights as needed.

Essentials to Succeed

3 to 5 years of experience in finance operations or analytical roles
Numerical and analytical, with high proficiency in Excel/ GSheet and SQL. Knowledge of Python and Java script would be an advantage.
Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong ownership, ability to work towards strict deadlines
Effective and proactive in communication
Have an understanding of online tracking platforms such as affiliate network dashboards (desirable)
