Responsibilities
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records of invoices, payments, and financial statements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, identifying and
- correcting any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents.
- Assist in other administrative and clerical accounting tasks as required.
- Handle bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Process employee reimbursement claims and verify supporting documents.
- Enter and maintain vendor and customer payment details in accounting
- systems.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist in follow-ups with clients or vendors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related
- field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in an accounting or
- finance environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero,
- QuickBooks, or any ERP system).
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial
- data.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
