About the team
At Tazapay, bringing a product to life is a truly collaborative exercise. Engineering, design, partnerships, legal, risk, operations and go-to-market stakeholders work side-by-side from concept to launch.
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) sits at the centre of this network, ensuring that every new capability we release is positioned clearly, adopted quickly and contributes to a cohesive, end-to-end merchant experience.
What you will do
Own the GTM strategy
Craft segment-specific value propositions, messaging and positioning for new and existing products.
Define launch tiers (α/β/GA) and success metrics, then help track performance against adoption and revenue goals.
Drive launch execution & excellence
Build and run detailed launch plans that align product, engineering, data, compliance, legal, sales and marketing timelines.
Orchestrate cross-functional readiness (internal enablement, collateral, pricing, support playbooks, legal & risk sign-offs).
Act as the single point of truth during launch “war rooms”, removing blockers so dates and quality targets are met.
Maximise in-market utility
Analyse usage data and merchant feedback to surface insights that feed back into product roadmaps.
Lead post-launch campaigns and lifecycle marketing to deepen feature adoption and customer value.
Maintain a living view of how each launch ladders into a coherent Tazapay narrative across payments, compliance and data products.
Champion the voice of the market
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research that shapes product-market fit and competitive positioning.
Share crisp, data-backed market insights to influence strategy and investment decisions.
Who you are
2-3 years in product marketing, growth or GTM strategy within a high-velocity B2B or fintech environment.
Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder product launches end to end – from narrative to post-launch optimisation.
Exceptional written & verbal communication; you translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
Comfortable working with data (SQL / BI dashboards) to size markets, measure adoption and identify growth levers.
Ownership mindset with a bias for action; you spot gaps, connect dots and drive alignment without formal authority.

Updated Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing API-led or payments products.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services.
Prior exposure to account-based marketing, pricing strategy, or partner/channel enablement programs.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills developed through hands-on experience
Location
The role can be based in New Delhi, Chennai or Bengaluru.
